Will the security money be returned?

At present people have to pay ₹ 7000 for a new connection of PNG. Which are refundable. In which ₹ 6000 is for installation and ₹ 1000 for consumption. Also, Rs 275 is being charged as non-refundable admin charge. The government has not yet issued any guidelines regarding the new scheme regarding PNG connection.

It has not been decided who will get the benefit of free connection under this scheme. If this scheme is implemented like Ujjwala scheme.
